The Critical Care units at the Hospital are a combination of many specialties and technologies, offering the possibility of survival to patients who are acutely and critically ill. Our ICUS are designed and managed based on the fact that methodical organization of Critical Care services influences important overall outcome measures such as mortality, length of stay and infection rates. There are multidisciplinary ICUs as well as ICUs dedicated to post cardiac surgery patients, stroke patients, post-transplant patients, as well as special ICUs for neonates and pediatric cases.

Blood Bank

On the basis of growing blood Transfusion needs of patient’s viz. delivery patient, caesarean section cases and major operation cases, we have established a blood bank in our hospital with all modern facilities and equipments required for the purpose. We have also received license for collecting, storing and supplying whole blood for this purpose from the competent authority. Our blood bank is already functioning and catering to the need of our indoor hospital cases as well as we are also proving the blood to the needy patients of surrounding hospitals and clinics.

Laundry Service

The laundry is equipped with tumble dry system / washer extractors that run 24 hours. “Segregation of linen is very important in hospital laundry, so we have separate machines for washing infected linen from the OT. Each type of linen is washed in different cycles. The wash cycle is such that linen given to the laundry today is recycled back within 24 hours.
